U-LEAD MULTI-SERVICES LTD was incorporated in 2024 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as a locally based privately owned limited liability Company with Registration number RC. 7386462. The company was registered to provide Offshore Survey Services, on-site Wellsite Geological Supervision during the drilling of oil and gas wells, Environmental Services, Support & Training Services, Logistic & Procurement Services to the Energy (Oil and Gas) industry.
BACKGROUND
In a quest for commercially available petroleum product, Shell-BP found oil in Oloibiri in 1956, according to historical records. Other important oil wells discovered during the period were Afam and Bomu in the Ogoni territory. Production of crude oil began in 1957, and in 1960, a total of 847,000 tonnes of crude oil was exported. The Nigerian Oil and Gas industry was majorly dominated by European and American operators which boast of foreign expatriates and indigenous talents. Our Indigenous competencies have seen a steady growth and needs to be developed with a huge focus on articulating the development of local career and professional expertise.
U-LEAD MULTISERVICES LTD is determined to maintain, ensure and sustain a continued development and availability of indigenous expertise in Nigeria for the Energy Industry. In order to meet this objective, our company has focused on specific areas within the Oil and Gas business sector which includes but not limited to Offshore Survey Services, On-Site Wellsite Geological Supervisions and Operations Geology, Project Management and Coordination, Environmental Services, Support and Training.
